In this short half-day session, we will go through some of the key provisions in the 2020th Edition of the PSSCOC, covering areas the role of the Superintending Officer, the provisions governing liquidated damages and extensions of time, how variations can be ordered and valued, as well as provisions relating to termination (both by the employer and the contractor).
